1.1 Parties
Provider: Safepob GMBH, registered at the Local Court of Frankfurt am Main (Commercial Register No.: HRB 133706).
Users: Employers (“Companies”) and job seekers (“Candidates”).
1.2 Applicable Law
Governed by German law, with special consideration of:
Hessian Data Protection Act (HDSG) for regional compliance.
EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2.1 Employer Obligations
Job posts must include:
Accurate job title, description, and requirements.
Salary range (compliant with the German Pay Transparency Act).
Clear indication if visa sponsorship is available (for non-EU candidates).
2.2 Prohibited Content
❌ Discrimination based on race, gender, religion (violates the General Equal Treatment Act, AGG).
❌ Unpaid trial work (unless compliant with §22 Minimum Wage Act, MiLoG).

3.1 Free Tier (Personal Use)
For: Private individuals or small businesses posting ≤1 job/month.
Features:
Basic text-only listing (60-day visibility).
Max 4 posts per year.
No payment required (identity verification via email/phone mandatory).
3.2 Professional Tier (Paid)
For: Companies/recruitment agencies posting ≥2 jobs/month.
Pricing:
Current fees and packages are displayed at https://finepassport.com/index.php/hr-companies-employers/
Prices exclude 19% German VAT (added at checkout).
Updates:
Fees may be adjusted periodically based on market conditions.
Current Users will be notified via email 30 days before changes take effect.
3.3 Refunds
Professional Tier: Only if the Platform fails to publish a paid post.
Free Tier: Not applicable (non-monetary service).

4.1 Candidate Data
CVs/applications stored encrypted; deleted after 12 months of inactivity.
Deletion requests: [privacy@finepassport.com].
4.2 Employer Data
Company details visible only to applicants (not shared with third parties).

5.1 Employer Requirements
Must specify in job posts:
✅ “Visa sponsorship available” (if applicable).
✅ Relocation support (e.g., flights, housing subsidies).
Penalty: False claims → Post removal + account suspension.

- Liability & Dispute Resolution
6.1 Limitation of Liability
No guarantee of hiring outcomes (§521 German Civil Code, BGB).
Maximum liability: €5,000 per case (except for intentional misconduct).
6.2 Jurisdiction
Exclusive legal venue: Courts of Frankfurt am Main (or your Hessen-based company’s registered office).

7.1 Amendments

Continued use = acceptance of revised terms.
7.2 Severability Clause
